In short
  • We only ask for what we need to arrange your demo, process your order and set up your platform.
  • We never sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies.
  • Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner, and we never see them.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

1. Who we are

This policy is from eachcanteach ("eachcanteach", "we", "us"). We decide how and why your personal information is used when you use this website or buy from us, which makes us the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

It covers this website, our demo bookings, our checkout and the messages we send you. For information about your students, see section 8.

2. What we collect

WhenWhat we collect

You payA payment reference, the payment method type (for example "UPI" or "Card") and whether it succeeded. Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank logins go straight to our payment partner and never reach us.
You use the websiteYour IP address, browser type and a security cookie, used to keep forms safe and stop abuse.
You contact usWhat you write to us and our replies.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health details, religion or biometric data.

3. Why we use it

  • To arrange and prepare your demo, and tailor it to your kind of teaching.
  • To process your order, confirm your payment and send your receipt and GST invoice.
  • To set up and support your platform, and to contact you about it.
  • To keep the website secure, for example to stop fake form submissions and fraud.
  • To meet legal duties, such as tax and accounting record-keeping.

We use your information because you gave it to us for these purposes (your consent), or where the law allows it without consent, for example to comply with tax law or to prevent fraud. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 10); this doesn't affect what we did before you withdrew.

4. Messages we send you

  • Email: your payment receipt, your welcome email, your demo confirmation, and replies to you.
  • SMS: a short confirmation after you book a demo or buy a plan.
  • WhatsApp: only if you agreed to receive WhatsApp messages.

These are messages about what you asked for. We will not add you to marketing lists without asking. To stop WhatsApp or SMS messages, reply to us or email info@eachcanteach.com.

5. Who we share it with

We share only what each partner needs to do its job, and they may use it only for that job:

  • Razorpay, to process payments securely.
  • Our SMS and WhatsApp delivery partner, to deliver the messages described above.
  • Our email and hosting providers, to send emails and keep the website running.
  • Government authorities, only when the law requires it, for example tax authorities or a court order.

We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Some of these partners may store data on servers outside India. When that happens, we make sure it stays protected as required by Indian law.

6. Cookies and similar technology

  • We use one essential cookie (named ect_sid) that keeps your session secure while you fill in forms. It is deleted when you close your browser.
  • Your browser remembers your half-filled demo or checkout form (using "session storage") so you don't lose it if you close a window. It stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

To load quickly, the website fetches fonts, images and code from well-known content networks (for example Google Fonts and Cloudflare). Like any website, these services receive your IP address when your browser requests those files.

7. How long we keep it

  • Orders and invoices: for as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 8 years).
  • Demo requests that don't lead to a purchase: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Security logs: a short period, usually no more than 6 months.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Your students' information

When you run your own platform with us, you decide what you collect from your students and why. For that information, you are the data fiduciary and we are your data processor: we store and process it only to run your platform, following your instructions and this policy's security standards.

You are responsible for telling your students how you use their data and obtaining any consent needed, including verifiable consent from a parent or guardian for children under 18, as required by law. We provide the tools to help you do that.

9. How we protect it

  • The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
  • Payments are verified with secure digital signatures before any order is confirmed.
  • Only staff who need your information to help you can access it.
  • Our forms are protected against automated abuse and tampering.

No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting your information ever happens, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to:

  • show you the personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct or complete it if it is wrong or out of date;
  • delete it, when we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it or the law no longer requires us to keep it;
  • withdraw your consent, for example to WhatsApp messages;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

Email info@eachcanteach.com from the address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm who you are before acting on your request.

11. Children

Our website and plans are meant for educators and businesses. You must be 18 or older to book a demo or buy a plan. If you believe a child has given us their information, please tell us and we will delete it.

12. Complaints and our Grievance Officer

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact our Grievance Officer at info@eachcanteach.com. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

If you are still not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
